What is Mind-Body Eating?

Mind-Body Eating (also known as Eating Psychology) is the combination of two exciting fields, Mind-Body Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology. It is a powerful, holistic, healing movement that changes the way we understand metabolism, food, weight, body image, and health. Your thoughts, feelings and beliefs have a huge impact on your metabolism.

Mind-Body Nutrition is simply what we think and feel, and how that affects you. What you eat is only half the story of good nutrition. The other half is about you.
